From KETC, LIVING ST. LOUIS Producer Anne-Marie Berger catches up with professional dancer Antonio Douthit, an alumni of COCA in University City. As a child, boys were not encouraged to be dancers in his neighborhood, but he found a dance class that helped him get into COCA. He is now a member of the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre.

I'm glad Antonio mentions Central Visual & Performing Arts High School he seldom to never does in his dance bio. I understand it's politics & COCA does him well - plus it looks good for the donors. However he started @ CENTRAL VPA NOT COCA! The teacher that recommended him to COCA was Ray Parks & he is still teaching & sending kids to COCA & Mrs A's. I'm overjoyed for Antonio and I am still in contact with him today.
