I dont practice Wushu never studied any form of martial art, I am a disabled war vet with 26 disabilities including arthritus in my neck back and arm bad knees elbows shins, plus a plethora of other problems but im developing my own fighting style with two straight swords. Ive been doing it for 5 weeks now trying to uplod the week 5 vid Check it out tell me what you think Fluid in Motion Fitness Week 4. at least till i can get the week 5 up lol the week 5 i incorperate kicks into the sword style

@Claexterminio cuidado pra não criar uma opinião negativa definida, pq o q vc viu no video não é tudo o q o kung fu tem pra mostrar, se vc gosta de mais eficiencia pesquise sobre o wing chun kung fu. não se pode ver um video e dizer "o kung fu" pq simplesmente não é só isso . kung fu é o pai de todas as artes marcias , tem muito pra se falar de kung fu e wushu , pra mim são as artes q se destacam e pra mim são as melhores, eu quero aprender todos os tipos pq não há uma coisa só pra se aprender

@Claexterminio bom ,o q vc viu no video são performances, mas também existe a prática de contato no wushu e no kung fu , no wushu existe bastante gente q sabe aplicar o q aprende sendo belo ou não , quando se fala de kung fu não é o mesmo q falar de karate q é sempre a mesma coisa socos e chutes repetitivos , quando se fala de kung fu ,vc fala de uma grande linha de estilos conceitos e armas, é quase como artes marcias dentro de uma arte marcial, eficiencia e beleza estão no kung fu

I like how at 5.55 there are glimpse of wushu practicioners. What most people don't understand or realise is how much actual work, effort, and pain is involved in gaining skills.
