  • Lilou, just try to cut out added sugar that is in almost every processed food as much as possible, and that solves many weight issues, but I should note that your body is just fine. Eating green is important, but eating balanced is even more important! If you want to lose any weight, make sure it is not of bone or muscle variety! Many people do that when not taking in proper food during diets. Cheers.

  • @TooFreakingRelaxed I already eat very balanced and non processed food. This is about raising my frequanecy and vibrant more than everything! and also finding my natural weight!

  • Lilou! No. You are French. You know those packets are not food. There is a very good reason you can't find that in France. Stay with what is natural. I know a guy you have to interview! On YouTube he calls himself The Fruitarian, Michael Arnstein. He's a marathoner. Yes! He runs marathons on fruit and some greens. No powders. No processed anything. He eats real food. Smoothies should have oranges, bananas and kale or spinach. Don't give in to the products. Buy fresh. Love you! Serendepity.

  • @1966cristy my smoothie have all this!!! these are natural products!! nothing processed. are you kidding?

  • All Males watch out.... Lilou is having Maca for breakfast..... Lilou don't add to much to your breakfast otherwise you will want to do double Marathons..

This is great news!! We have a community of over 50,000 darling divas like you who are experiencing the difference raw food makes! If there's anything we can do to support you, please let me know.

  • @liloumace - I replied to your posting earlier .. def. check out the blood type diet food list... if you want I can email it you directly based upon your blood type (if you know it) otherwise, I list everything for all blood types...

  • I'd imagine your are Blood Type A. You really should check and incorporate the most beneficial raw fruits/vegetables/seeds etc into your diet... I'm a blood type 0 so I thrive on high animal protein/red meat low carbs... You feel better and lose weight with a lower fat, raw vegan diet?... you need to trust that, but I invite everyone to check out my website @ stevebeisheim com and download the free list of foods beneficial for a blood type A and see if that doesn't resonate...

  • @rawnourished I hear you and Liliou. If it's in a powder and in a package it is (my lonely opinion) highly processed. LIve as you will. I do. Just remember this, as soon as someone says it Can't be done someone else does it. Vegetarians and vegans had this conversation 100 yrs ago. I am 44. Don't worry about any 'harm' I'm doing. I know there are pitfalls and I'm watching for them. I still love Lilou. She is a great inspiration for me. I will watch the interview with Karen but curb my comments

  • Lilou, could you interview people that knows about stones ? I know they heal and balance energy but would love to find out more! Thank youu

  • @liloumace Maca Powder? Hemp protein? Green tea? Stevia? All processed. Please just see his videos. He maintains that you don't need nuts and seeds. Can you imagine? Imagine the sense of abundance. ALL fresh fruits and green leafies? No powdered anything. No packaging. No dehydration. Just check him out. The Fruitarian or marnstein. He's both. He's a family man living 80/10/10 and it's working for him as a marathoner. I'm on day 7 and you've helped me get that far in my 100 day challenge. Plz
