@inudigifan201 Nononononono....no. Paint is not an animation program. It's a very low-level image editing program that people sometimes combine with Windows Movie Maker to make cartoons with, but they are very easy to pick out, because they always look very, very bad. Although, with the program I was using, this cartoon doesn't really look fantastic, so...I see where you're coming from.

@300DeeJay300 It's "Distant Galaxy," it should come preloaded on most windows computers. If not, you can probably find a download on Google.
