Two doctors declare defendant competent to stand trial, but Judge wants a third Opinion. Does the Judge, Prosecutor and/or Court-Appointed Attorney really want a third opinion or a doctor who will declare me incompetent? It is now five years, one month, and 28 days since I was arrested. The case has not been heard and the evidence has not been verified. A tape recording was withheld for 2-1/2 years & when ordered to turn it over 30 minutes were missing and there were at least 19 transcribed errors. The most vital piece of evidence is my W2 form, which shows I was not working at the facility when the investigator was interviewing the staff. The 1st time I met the investigator was the day she arrested me.
Don't give up. You have come a long way.

It's sad the legal system can be so corrupt. There are Prosecutors who care more about winning a case than destroying the life of some one who is innocent.

I hope the court will investigate the prosecutor's misconduct in handling your evidence. There should be a law that evidence should be verified before an arrest can be made.
