If you watch a video of someone getting there braces on, it's basicly the same thing but different design.

I recall hearing that some forms of irregular teeth are fashionable in Japan. I don't know why. In my opinion some irregularity is good. Teeth that a perfect are great but humans are differentiated by their uniqueness. Trying to achieve the perfect look sometimes makes a woman look like a cookie cutter production.
