Its kind of a shame that Hamm/Burger Dog are the only characters whose attacks have amusing effects in the first game. Even then, only Shorty/Columbo and Capoeira/Chi-Chi and Sally have unique attacks in the second game. I can think of several other characters who could have unique effects to their attacks, such as Heat burning them to blackened crisp with only their eyes visible, or Strike filling them with bloodless holes.
