This is interesting timing, I had just finished my morning journal session, when I saw this video. I started a journal about a week ago because I am reading The Pledge,by Michael Masterson.

So I decided to give it a go, and it has been great so far, I am identifying patterns in my life that are obstructing my path.

However, I never thought about asking questions, so today's video is a great tip, I'm going to incorporated in my journal sessions
