A short excerpt from Richard William's animated adaptation of "A Christmas Carol". Many of the scenes with The Ghost of Christmas Present were animated by long-time Warner Bros. animator Abe Levitow.

  • pretty much this whole excerpt (including both the kids AND tiny tim's whip laugh) is Abe Levitow. One of my biggest influences. ^^

(Also by him - the laughing scene from 'robin hood daffy', the opening scenes of 'dripalong daffy', and in 'What's Opera Doc', both the shadows at the beginning and any scene of brunhilde that she wasn't dancing (that was all Ken Harris).

The way to tell them apart: harris is solid, washam is timed and posed, levitow is POWER. ^^

  • Beautifully laid out and crafted ;like all richard williams work.

  • Wow. The level of detail in each of those frames always sends shivers down my spine (in a very good way).

  • one of faves! merry xmas!
