  • Ukrainian is actually Polish! My Grand Father who was Polish Understood every single World Kruchev said at the UN in 1960. However Since the end of WW2 the eastern half of the country has been Re- Russianized. A Mongolian invasion of Russia which between the 13th and 15th centuries. Separated the Country into two parts. THe Ukraine-Polish-Lithuania and Moscovite Russia.

  • @MsPerogi What do you mean by "acctually polish"? They are similar (even more than with russian), but different languages, different grammars, different alphabets, lexic is also different. Ukrainian is more melodic. Also it is more authentic (without roman influences).

Takze powiem, ze wie jezyk polski. Moge rozmawiac plynnie. A czy moze pan po ukrainsku?

  • @olab2000 Polish and Ukrainian are considered different languages by the Poles and Ukrainians themselves. However both are in fact DIALECTS like all other Slavic languages except Russian. GRAMMATICALLY Polish and Ukrainian are the same. Their ALAPHBETS are very different. As is the pronounciation. Only CHURCH UKRAINIAN which is influenced by old Slavonic is MELODIC. The Ukrainian Language itself is not anymore melodic than any other Language. I know I Attend a Ukrainian Catholic Church.

  • @mihanich there is no evidence the name Rus originated in Novgorod since no one knows the exact origin of the name - the creation and transition of the Ruricid throne from Novgorod to Kiev occurred in 10C and Kiev is several hundred centuries older Slavic settlement than Novgorod it would suggest you could be wrong - the original Slavs are native to Kiev but there is no evidence they called themselves Rus prior Varangian conquest - the Chronicles use both names Rus and Ukraina

  • @mihanich the quantity of "proofs" is abundantly available everywhere incl internet and support the fact Rus is not Russia - the original settlement near what is now Moscow was Finn in origin not Slavic

  • @mihanich

    1. proofs, please, proofs

    2. even if slavs are not native to russia, then what? we're talking about Rus, not about slavic urheimat.

  • @mihanich the true natives of Russia are not the Slavs - the Slavs are native to regions of Ukraine, Belarus and Poland

  • @majorgeeek

    короче, доказательства или пиздобол.

  • @majorgeeek

haha, who are you trying to lie to?

i can distinguish your complete ignorance at history by your statements that "moscow was a province of rus", "ukraina (which was oukraina and described lands between ryazan and chernigov)" and that "monarchy seccession stayed in ukraine after breakup of rus" (lol WTF)

all these statements describe you as an ignorant chauvinist douche.
