The Top Twenty Moves Of John Morrison/Johnny Nitro

My first Top 20 and what a great wrestler to start it off with. John Morrison is one of the WWE's most talented wrestlers, with lethal kicks, incredible high flying moves and innovative offence; he truly is a great worker.
Morrison came into WWE through Tough Enough, which he won. He then went to Ohio Valley Wrestling, under the name of Johnny Nitro, teaming with Joey Mercury and Melina as MNM. They won the Ohio Valley Wrestling Southern Tag Team Championship. The teamed debuted on Smackdown, winning the WWE Tag Team Championship when they defeated Rey Mysterio and Eddie Guerrero on their first ever Smackdown match in 2004. They held the titles for a few months, dropping them to the Legion Of Doom briefly, but winning them back quite quickly. They then feuded with Paul London and Brian Kendrick, eventually losing the titles to them at Judgment Day 2005, in a match with ended MNM, when Nitro and Melina turned on Mercury.
Nitro went to Raw and won the Intercontinental Title in a Triple Threat match at Vengeance 2005 against Shelton Benjamin and Carlito. Nitro retained the title against many, till he lost the title to Jeff Hardy. Hardy and Nitro feuded for a long time, the title bouncing between them, in a rivalry which went from Nitro reteaming with Mercury to take on The Hardyz to Nitro losing a Steel Cage match against Jeff Hardy for the Intercontinental Championship at New Year's Revolution 2007. MNM also lost to The Hardyz at Royal Rumble and at No Way Out 2006. After that, Nitro was drafted to ECW in 2007.
He won the ECW Championship against CM Punk at Vengeance 2007, starting a feud between them, which lasted all the way from Vengeance to Summerslam, were Morrison cheated to win, resulting in Punk getting a shot on the next ECW, were he defeated Morrison for the ECW Championship. But Morrison didn't last long without gold as he and The Miz teamed up for the first time on the November 16th episode of Smackdown, they beat MVP and Matt Hardy for the WWE Tag Team Championship.
The Miz and John Morrison held the titles for a few months, becoming one of the most formidable tag teams in the WWE. They received their own WWE.com show, 'The Dirt Sheet' and it quickly became the most watched show, as they took funny jabs at their opponents. The team finally lost their titles at The Great American Bash 2008 to Zack Ryder and Curt Hawkins in a Fatal Four Way Tag Match. Miz and Morrison bounced back however, feuding with Cryme Tyme with their show 'The Dirt Sheet' and Cryme Tyme's 'Word Up' as a vocal point. At Cyber Sunday 2008, Miz and Morrison defeated Cryme Tyme in a tag team battle. The team would hold gold again as at a December 13th house show, they beat the team of Kofi Kingston and CM Punk for the World Tag Team Championship. The Miz and Morrison then feuded with the WWE Tag Team Champions, The Colons and at Wrestlemania 25, they lost against The Colons in a Tag Title Unification match.
Miz and Morrison went to Raw and Smackdown respectively. On Smackdown, Morrison's career picked up, as he picked up wins over Shelton Benjamin, Rey Mysterio, CM Punk, Umaga, R-Truth and many others. During this time, he won the Intercontinental Championship by defeating Rey Mysterio, came close to winning the World Heavyweight Championship against Jeff Hardy. Morrison then went on a downward spiral, losing the IC Title to Drew McIntyre, failing to win the Elimination Chamber and failing to win the US Title in a Fatal-Four Way On Raw.
Things were not looking good for the Shaman Of Sexy, but his luck recently changed, as he defeated Sheamus at Survivor Series. Now, if WWE have any brains, Morrison will soon be on the way to winning King Of The Ring.

I love this vid, Jomo is my fave wrestler(superstar by wwe terms lol), i was at the 3hr kotr raw in philly (lives close in south nj) i was sooo pissed when he lost, but the whole crowd was behind him, and many left after he lost, if trips and steph do whats right our boy will be main eventing soon

Yeah, sorry about that, I knew I was missing something but this guy has so many moves, I just got lost in his moveset.

Gosh, I hope so. I hope they don't give the win to someone like Alberto Del Rio or Sheamus. Although those two are good wrestlers, they've already made huge impact and Morrison needs to get into the main event scene. A Morrison/Miz feud would be awesome (no pun intended). =)
