At a recent debate between Attorney General candidates Ken Cuccinelli and Steve Shannon, the Shannon campaign bussed in union members that they had to pay from Arlington to watch the debate. At 8:30, the union contract ended, and these union folks left the debate with about half an hour more to go in the debate.
When candidates have to pay people to go to their campaign events, you'd think they'd at least contract them to be there for the entire event.
