My legs were thrashed by the overhead squats. Next time, I'll take a minute rest after push jerks and do the Rx'd weight of 95#.
At the 4:30 odd mark. That's the Crossfit I know. Hands on knees drawing for breath like your lungs are bleeding!

@Tubesmaney I imagine (haven't tackled this particular WOD yet) that at the point of exhaustion they are at it's much easier to drop the bar than to gently set it down. They are bumper plates for a reason, and they are CrossFitters, not Olympians.
