"Air Force" - Complete for time:
20 Thrusters
20 SDHP
20 Push Jerks
20 OHS
20 Front Squats.
At the beginning of every minute, you must do 4 burpees.
M:95#/W:65#

Jerry - 13:55, 75# bar
Eric - 12:51, 95# bar

My legs were thrashed by the overhead squats. Next time, I'll take a minute rest after push jerks and do the Rx'd weight of 95#.

  • @Tubesmaney I imagine (haven't tackled this particular WOD yet) that at the point of exhaustion they are at it's much easier to drop the bar than to gently set it down. They are bumper plates for a reason, and they are CrossFitters, not Olympians.

  • Just set the bar down instead of tossing it like you're some Olympian.
