NEW AGILITY UPDATE! On 6/22/09, the Advanced Gnome and Advanced Barbarian Courses were released. Although they have high agility requirements to use, they give really good experience. Also, I will be showing the new Agile Armor at the end of this vid.

Also, the 250 laps have to be "perfect", which means if you fail a lap (as in falling or something) that lap doesnt count, but you don't have to do the laps in a row

@klgs7 u wear no armor, just boots of lightness/spotted or spottier capes/penace gloves

Can you do a horizontal wallrun? I saw the vertical one but was wondering if those were more or were those all the agility moves you could do?

You can have 80 agility. and use summers pies. but may aswell get 85 cos u need 85 for barb with summers pies to get 90

How long did it take you for 250 on both?

Use boots of lightness, spotted/spottier cape, and penance gloves (optional).
