The NRA is about freedom and gun education, not for arming crooks. Just like the 2 psychos who shot up Columbine, the guy who shot up VT would have aquired guns no matter what gun laws were put into effect. Simply put, criminals who are hell bent on aquiring a gun of any type, will do so by any means nesseccary, legal or illegal. That's why law abiding citizens should be armed, cause we have to defend ourselves from those who would use guns to take from us and to harm us and those we love.
