WARNING: THIS FOOTAGE IS GRAPHIC AND DISTURBING. Footage taken in 2009 at the Ahmedabad train station. After a bitter campaign, the AMC is no longer using tongs to catch dogs. They are currently using nets. However, the AMC dog catchers still have not gone for training using nets, as was agreed in the agreement they signed with the Animal Welfare Board of India in July 2010. As such, they injure a lot of dogs during the catching process due to incorrect and clumsy tactics. The net handles and frames are made of heavy steel, which can injure or kill a dog if not used properly. Further, although they have signed a document agreeing to abide by the law, they continue to operate lawlessly and cruelly by dumping the dogs they catch on the city outskirts.

What's a stray pit bull running through a train anyways? I know they were rough with it , but pit bulls need to be treated rough and they should be banned. They are very dangerous dogs and are responsible for more dog attacks then all other breeds combine. I hear all the shit about if you treat them good they will be nice, but I have seen so called"nice" pit bulls turn on little kids and kill them.
