they say its to sound proof but it surounds the cith and there storein fema trailers very close theres many hundred in a camp mabe a thousand things are changeing for sure

Yes I've seen that where there is a large freeway bypassing a city. I know they have been doing that for a long time here also .. but it's only in spots where the landscape is low and sound travels more.
