I would like to see some kind of a set up using solar roofs that in one conversion take sun light and produce heat extraction from buildings. Way solar works now you have to get electric potential to run pumps to pump the heat out of the air using old technology of electric motors. If there could be a more dirrect way to harness the electric potential of the sun to effect heat movement out of structures what a great thing. There could be roofs in the desert producing enviroments of habitation.
What I find amazing about it is during the winter while these are turning in the cold the electic power can actually create heat, with resistance, or if there is a heat source like ground water that can be pumped out of the water into the living quarters of people. Taking machanical power and turing it into heat, the exact opposite of most power generation pathways.
