NBA referee EJECTS ME from game for saying "THE OVER"!

so im sitting courtside(bottom left hand corner of the screen in a gray shirt) at the golden state warriors vs los angeles clippers fixed NBA game . The referee, joe forte(#45), is about to inbound the ball to the clippers Al Thornton.

You will notice a long delay in getting the ball inbounded because the referee is having a conversation with me(actually im just yelling at him) about the over/under for the game (which happened to be 218 combined points by both teams).

[the shot cuts away to baron davis]

Referees response:"What did you say?"

Me(slightly intoxicated): MAKE SURE THE GAMES OVER 218 points. THE OVER. THE OVER. THE OVER.

referee(with no hesitation): THATS NOT FUNNY!THATS NOT FUNNY!YOUR OUTTA HERE!!

Next, he repeatedly blows his whistle and signals for a red suited security guard to eject me from the game! then the nba lead security questions me in the tunnel for about 10 minutes and writes a report for league officials to investigate. he then takes my tickets and orders 10 security guards to throw me out of the arena immediately(which is not shown on camera).




ABSOLUTE 100% BULLSHIT!!!!!! EJECTING A LOYAL BASKETBALL FAN FOR SAYING "THE OVER" TO A REFEREE???

UNACCEPTABLE.


oh and by the way, remember how the over/under for the game was 218 total points...well the final score was:

Warriors 116
Clippers 100

for a combined score of 216...and you guessed it...THE UNDER!!




[FOLLOW UP]- i am currently seeking legal actions against the clippers, the NBA, and commissioner David Stern.

i'm seeking a $2.11 Billion lawsuit for fraud, gambling conspiracy, extortion, discrimination, pain and suffering,punitive damages, and a $10.50 New Castle.

@kyle7holt Why would the league question the ref over a fan yelling something at him? Why would they assume he gave a hoot about what the fan was saying? If they're going to question him it would be over his own actions, not some fan's.

@bigravensfan21 and if someone would have reported that a fan was encouraging the ref to make sure the total score was above 218 and then the game ends up above 218, the ref gets hours worth of questioning that he doesn't want, that's why he called security and told them what happened.

@thetaxmancometh Wow. So you really think that the refs should be able to throw out a fan? Last time I checked, refs are supposed to referee the GAME, not the bleachers. Fans are for security to deal with. And btw, I don't think it was smart for the fan to say what he said.
