The additions I'm going to make to my plan:
* Hormone balance testing as a roadmap for further remedies
* 100 Pushups challenge (done as many days as possible, instead of just the 3)

  • Don't get disctouraged, just make sure you do your stuff and it'll happen. Don't fret about every lb. lost and/or gained....just maintain your routine and you'll be fine! Good luck with the karate bit...hope to talk to ya soon!
