The additions I'm going to make to my plan: * Hormone balance testing as a roadmap for further remedies * 100 Pushups challenge (done as many days as possible, instead of just the 3)
Don't get disctouraged, just make sure you do your stuff and it'll happen. Don't fret about every lb. lost and/or gained....just maintain your routine and you'll be fine! Good luck with the karate bit...hope to talk to ya soon!
