unplugged in the right setting, this setting is pretty much made for crowd involvement.

This MTV unplugged performance is LEGENDARY for the behaviour of the crowd. The sole reason why DC was at MTV unplugged in the first place was because Chris was famous for the crowd knowing every song by heart. So don't ruin the epicness with stupid comments ^-^

i think having the audience sing along makes the song just that much better
i can't really explain, but the powerful lyrics are emphasized by the audience singing. it just goes with this song.
