There were a lot of stages removed from the final game, but the music that was completed was left in the game. If you're playing in certain worlds long enough for the level's theme to play through a few times, other themes will start playing. I think this one was in one of the Magic Crafters worlds. Either High Caves or Wizard Peaks.
