@Motorfordtoyota Ah yes, I wish it were so too...but the automotive world seems to be gearing for "world cars" that are essentially the same but modified a little for their individual markets. Buick is making slightly modified Buicks for China...GM Opel is making thinly disguised Opels as Chevys for the U.S. market. Unfortunately, the automotive market has gone global! Thanks! :) Jack

@raconter1 Oh, thank you. I really wish Americans could make a real car again. That is my goal in life. To make a real automibile manufacturer for the USA. Make them HERE! And make them with quality. This brand really needs to be revived, and made to the quality, luxurious standard of old! Thanks again! I love these things!

@Motorfordtoyota Duesenberg was made by the Duesenberg brothers. The cars were made in Indiana, and there is a museum in Auburn Indiana devoted to these cars, along with Auburns and Cords. I visited that museum years ago..it is actually the factory where the cars were produced. This is indeed a worthy rival to the Rolls Royce! Thanks! :) Jack

Who made these cars? OR was it an independent company? Wish these things were still made. Would be a good Rolls Competitor!

I couldn't help but notice that at 4:04 when you came back around to the front, that this beauty of a car has antique Virgina tags. That car isn't from VA, is it? If so, I'd love to be able to go see this thing in person...

@LoLo9078 It;s really had to tell...methinks the show was in Lakeland Florida...but it's not unusual for owners to bring their collector cars down here, either for the winter, of permanently if they move here. I see a lot of antique plates from other states. Thanks! :) Jack
