I think VoteLib3rty has a point and I have discussed it often with my friends and we came to conclusion that it is dangerous to have a test to allow you to vote because it puts a tremendous amount of power into whoever makes the test so if they were extremely right wing they could make the tests tat a more right wing person would put more of the correct answers or left wing whatever floats your boat really but yeah, dangerous

yeh, but it's fun to debate anyways :D
You're right, though. There's not much left of our constitution. Like the stock market's "dead cat bounce": It's dead. It just don't know it yet.
It has been violated since it was written when Africans were kept as slaves though it clearly stated, "All men". Hopefully when the new USA is born, our new revolutionaries will go back to what this country meant to mankind ... and follow it this time.

Robert697: I wouldn't get too worked up about 'my test' because the current powers that be certainly do not want an educated and informed voting public.
Unless and until the American people wake up to the deceptions being cast upon them there won't be a chance for honest government.
Few Americans understand the president is just a puppet to international bankers who hold world government as an agenda.
This debate is fairly moot as our constitution won't likely survive much longer.

Again, who's "history" would you base your test on? I'd bet you money you can't remember what you had for lunch 9 years ago today, much less how much it cost you. Besides, you couldn't prove it if you did.
If we can't rememeber our own history, how can we possibly remember someone else's? If we could, plenty of people would be winning "Who wants to be a millionare?", and it wouldn't even be a game show.
Your test would become like this "no child left behind" fiasco. Worthless.

Robert697: The voting act of 1965 has little to do with my assertion that voting should be restricted to those who pass a test.
Would you argue that we shouldn't have people pass a test to drive a car?
Can't you see the danger in having ignorant voters?
This is not an issue of race as you would like to make it.
This is an issue of having enough respect for your fellow man to educate yourself before you inflict your will upon him.

Were you not paying attention at 1:10?
Besides, who's "history" would you base your test on? Would it be based on the history that says that Obama is the 1st black president of the US, though the real first black president was John Hansen?
If a person has to pay taxes. If a person has to serve his/her country and defend it against all enemies, foreign or domestic, then that person has the right to vote, knowing or not knowing what all presidents were part black.
Bet you couldn't name 3.

Voting should be available to everyone equally, but it should absolutely NOT be a birth right. The agenda to get everyone to vote via. MTV rock the vote, motor voter laws etc. has been done to take political control of the country by effectively silencing the minority of well informed with the mass of voters that are uninformed, ignorant and easily swayed by the media. Voters should be required to pass a 100 question test on history, the constitution and government to be qualified to vote.

Glad to see you back making videos again.
I'm definitely voting for Ron Paul. He had it right before, and he has it right now. corporate welfare will be our undoing.

Such a great song!
The sad truth is that right now, a large majority of the people I know aren't voting at all simply because they don't believe McCain or Obama should be elected. My plan: research 3rd party candidates or write in Ron Paul! =)
