needle in cotton is an internal form desinged for developing balance and qi. when done properly it is supposed to appear to move with flow and almost no effort, and the footwork is done as if you were standing on stilts, the feet should only go to very certain positions on the floor.

for pak hok pai"needles in cotton"this good kung fu i have seen other pak hok pai master play before is really a good kung fu tat the pak hok pai master told me,but this master play the movement all not tat good enough i think he should practice more compare to others...he should work hard becos he reprensent his club...
