WOW!!! I certainly love this piece. My brother has a new viola that sounds close to this viola. Is this a turtice?

I'm usually not critical at all and try to be as complementary to anyone who posts, but really this is just a regurgitation, albeit, a nice one of Itzhak Perlman and Pinchas Zukerman's well known recording almost note by note. Supremely talented performers these two are, but they need to find their own feeling for this piece

@winrx Exactly.

Wow, that viola is sounding quite full and sonorous! Great acoustics.

what a beast! he broke a bowhair on mozart XD

Hey guys, this isn't the Paganini or Wieniawski Duo - try to put some charm into it and not hack away at your instruments....
-
not really it means he broke a hair noob

This Violin and Viola Duo is one of the lesser known treasures that arose from the depths of Mozart's brilliant mind. Stunning performance no less.

Richard is really good. both great musical sense. The way he lifts the viola up to make the notes drify above the violin is really an example of such brilliant talent!!

Lol 1: 36 broken string
What I would give for a Viola that sounded like that!
Only it would have to be 15" !
I'm not sure the combination of a small viola and big sound mixes though!....*dreams*.

Thank God there is still great music in the world - and violin & violists to play it!

p.s. I love the broken horse hair ;)
(I really mean that - I was not being sarcastic - I actually enjoy seeing that - it means the performer is playing with his heart AND his bow!)
