ScorpionFish

This is a Scorpion Fish that the divemaster, Norman, found as we were diving at Pedernalas in Aruba. He played around with it for a minute and then it sat there for me as I got up close.

@Scotch7000 You're thinking of stonefish. Scorpionfish stings are incredibly painful too, but not nearly as much.

I wouldn touch that thing. I think she has the venum also in her cheek pins!

They have poison worse than lion fishes. I wouldn't touch the fish, you don't even have to step on them to get stung. I have been stung, the er in aruba didn't know what to do. The toxin goes away after 12 hours but is verrrrrrry painful for that time. My hand looked like a balloon.
