I disagree, I think he's funny, and he was actually speaking in Russian, he had to learn Russian for Moscow on the Hudson and that was real Russian.

Besides, he was improvising, as always. I bet he took a wacky T-shirt and thought to himself: "I'm going to be Russian today" lol

ahahahaaa Stalin's joke was awesome!!! Robin is the best. Didn't undesrstand a word from the song but i know that he knows bad-russian very good :P
