@occultdude17 And btw, I've read Thor #385. I assume that's the one you're referring to? The fight was a stalemate, and Thor was deliberately NOT throwing school buses at the Hulk.

@mcentepede Okay, so you're insulting me by implying I'm a Superman fanatic, and you lack the ability to separate the fictional universes of comic books and cartoons. My reference at least came from a comic book, rather than spin-off loosely based on a comic book character. At the very least, Hulk and Thor are equal (on average), you can't deny that.
And I didn't read the Superman vs. Ali. 1) Superman sucks; 2) The winner seemed obvious - though clearly I was wrong on that count. LOL

@occultdude17 Both Superstars have been defeated no doubt. Hulk is the main man when we talk about sheer brute strength or "Hulk-level" strength. That broken neck was a fantasy/dream a.k.a. "What If" comic book. Nice try kid. I am old school even though I am in my 30's only. I own boxes of comix, even your pal Superman getting beat vs. Muhammed Ali. I own them all. Can't fool me. Everything is canon for me, books, cartoons, lunch boxes even those twinkies ads.

@mcentepede The cartoon is not canon, nor is the comic book based on it. In the normal Marvel Universe, Thor is stronger than Hulk just as Stan Lee intended him. The two usually tie because Thor holds back; but when he doesn't, Hulk gets his neck broken in under a minute.
It would take more than one powerhouse to stop Thor, especially when he's got his hammer. Either that, or get Superman, who can beat him very narrowly.

@occultdude17 I own the Hulk vs. Thor comic book where Thor geats beaten up pretty bad, Hercules too. Also I own the cartoon movie where he was whupped pretty solidly there too. For sheer strength, brute physical force, it is well accepted that Hulk has no equal. We thought Champion of the Universe could be that guy to surpass Hulk, but as She-Hulk defeated this bozo and Planet/World War Hulk proved, Hulk took on all comers. Red Hulk was a joke as well. Hulk is once again without equal
