The Kepler spacecraft just launched with the ability (and the probability) of finding earth like planets around other stars. So what do we do once we find them?

The planet is Ceres, a quickly rotating, low mass icy and rocky body in the asteroid belt.

Craters on Ceres act as huge satellite dishes for antenna feeds orbiting above them.

Think Arecibo, but bigger, and instead of the antenna feed on cables with winches you have a satellite flying above the dish.

It's like DirectTV for Alien Cable TV. Once we find the other planets, then we tune in to their radio, TV, or whatever else they are talking about.
