So this is the final chapter in my fanfic trilogy. Song used is "Don't Take Your Love Away" by Vast. Clark returns from the "Phantom Zone". Meanwhile Lex has been experimenting on Lois. He is trying to read her mind and fuse her body with Kryptonian powers. When Lois awakes she is not the same. Clark starts to discover that he has a "greater" destiny and trains at the fortress. He becomes Superman. All the while he is looking for his wife Lois, whom her "swore" he would protect. He finds Lois, cures her. Eventually there is a Lex/Clark show down. Clark wins. There is a lovely intimate Superman/Lois love scene. But Clark decides that the only way he can protect Lois, is to "let her go". Jorel wipes her mind. When she meets Clark at the Daily Planet, there is an instant attraction. That she ignores, but her heart tells her she knows this man, some how. Lois becomes fascinated with Superman. She declares she has a NEW MiSSION in life. Clark pines for Lois alone. Lex declares in jail that he will destroy Superman and rule the world.
