  • Sorry my english. This exercise in this video is a great exercise if you already have a flat stomach and a trained body with low body fat and you wanna try to sculp and get a sixpack. But if your stomach is stretched out and you have a big stomach and you want a flat stomach then this exercise is no point to do. To get a flat stomach, you have to burn more calories than you eat and train a lot of cardio traing and core stomack exercises. You have to sacrifice. NO PAIN NO GAIN!

  • To do this properly, try to NOT touch the floor with your shoulders, life them a bit, and you will feel the burn

  • This is a good abs exercise and my upper abs r forming.

  • When i breath in and out, i feel my abs soo bad, and i've trained my abs evry single day for 2years now, o.o
