Panasonic RX-5080 Boombox Plus a few other's

here is a few boombox's that i was comparing the size of the speakers against the panasonic's RX 5080 's 6.5 inch woofer's versus the 4 inch size of the other's except for the panasonic's 5050 's

oh man...I had that exact model in 1983...wore out my iron maiden cassette (Piece of mind) on it.....aahhh The Black Sabbath Devil worship tunes high-bass pumpin...Mom screamin', sister hiding in the closet with her MJ "Off the wall album" (freak),...I love it....is it for sale? i gotta find one....

@wildbillo68 No the 5080 -bbx is one of the one's that I wont be selling anytime soon but the other's might be in the future like the 5150,5110,5030,5005,5085,4945,­5090, - and a few other models in this line that I may have but cant find or remember 'right now' !!! pretty much the one's that I like are the [ 5080 and the 4975 ] - those two '2' I wont be selling anytime soon,,,, but the rest ....?

Just looked at the manual and RX5055FA is 240V only and doesnt have voltage selector (the A designation for the Aussie market?)..

Hi,

great collection.

I have a RX5055FA from the 80's which was made for the Aussie market as it doesnt have voltage selector and is 240V 50Hz only.

It is near identical to the one at 45sec. except it has mesh grill 6inch woofers

I have the operating/spec manual if anyone is interested I can scan and email.

I got a 5080, someone was throwing it out because the cassette player wasnt working so i took it, actually plug my ipod to it... so i was wondering, how much it was worth?

@steedums2 ok at 53 seconds here I just dont remember or can find that one as I just looked for it - just what model it is ... yes there are 2 50's here one is a National and the other is a Panasonic- silver/black/gray I think that the National looks better with it's woofer grills looking like a Jet AfterBurner :-)
