I was recomended for prolotherapy for SI joint dysfunction, I have recently been cured by a gluten free (wheat/grain) diet. So glad I didn't do this before trying the diet. I urge anyone else having any joint dysfunction to go gluten free and see if it helps, I started improving immediatly!!!!!

I am a phsical therapist assistant and totally agree with this concept. I have an SI problem and use these techniques on myself with help of course and on my pts to correct the mal-alignment of the joints involved. I remain painfree.

This video has addressed all of my problems!!! lower back pain, misaligned hip/leg, and numb ache in upper thigh. Thanks so much for uploading! I also recommend anyone with similar to use aswiss ball and Pilates to strengthen core muscles and lower back.

what are his credentials? I am a physical therapist assistant and am currently in school working on my doctorate of chiropractic. i have treated a great number of back pain patients and would NEVER reccommend this video to anyone. this "getting stuck" he speaks of.... is a misalignment! and these "thrusts" he shows are freeing the joint... ok so this is partly what chiropractic is based on. it is true. it is supported by research. it DOES occur in the spine and at ANY joint in the body

As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, I employ this technique on a daily basis with patients. It works well, but the results are typical not long lasting. The underlying cause of the pelvic imbalance must be addressed in order to fully resolve pt symptoms.
Also, I'd disagree with the videos initial comments about "the spine doesn't get misaligned". Inter vertebral positional faults are very common particularly in patients with postural dysfunctions.

I had a pubic symphysis diastasis of 4.8 cm while giving birth. It led to pelvic misalignment and severe SI joint pain. My physical therapist made me do these exercises and they helped a lot! Now that i have stopped going the pain is back and i think i should continue doing them myself.
