@miami371 this is definitely not her 1st plastic nose. I think it is the 2010 new big nose she got. It probably got smaller. This is known for rhinoplasty. a freind of mine has a nose job and her Dr told her he nose will get smaller within a year or so. because it its swollen after the surgery and it takes months to shrink to the desired size. So haifa's nose had lost some of the swolling that is why it loos smaller. who is the ugly interviewer. i dont like her attitude nor her smile.
