Sometimes, American audiences are dullards. Why? This sketch was done on Saturday Night Live and barely a chuckle came from the live audience: despite everyone apparently familiar with Cleese & Palin. But the again the same crowd laughs at the most inane and essentially stupid attempts at feeble humor.
