「前引《圓覺》,諸戒定慧及淫怒痴,俱是梵行」,這是《圓覺經》上講的,這個意思很深,前面也說過。正如《中觀論》上所說,「因緣所生法,我說即是空」,世間法、十法界依­正莊嚴皆是因緣生法。諸佛如來應化在這個世間,眾生有感是因,佛菩薩來應是果,還是因緣關係。所以佛法因緣生,換句話說,佛法到底有沒有?沒有,因為有世間法才有佛法,對­立而生的,世間法沒有了,佛法也沒有了。所以佛教導我們,「法尚應捨,何況非法」,這就教我們二邊都要捨。世間法捨掉了,你心裡還留個佛法,錯了,自性清淨心中一法不立。­沒有法,哪來的佛法?你有過失,佛用個方法把你糾正過來,那叫佛法。你沒有過失,佛法就沒有了。所以要曉得,淫怒痴是世間法,戒定慧是出世間法,統是因緣生法。你真正了解­了,二邊不住,那就是梵行。恆順眾生,隨喜功德,在這個社會,無論什麼境界,順境逆境,細細去體會善財童子五十三參,因為五十三位善知識裡頭,男女老少、各行各業,逆境順­境、善緣惡緣統統具足。你看善財怎麼應付,那就是智慧的應付,中道的智行,二邊不離、二邊不即,不即不離,行菩薩道。佛法與世法確實就像《般若經》上所說的,一切法,這一­切法包括佛法、包括世間法,全包了,「一切法畢竟空、無所有、不可得」。
