Former Eagle High and Boise State wrestler, and three-time Pac-10 champion, Scott Jorgensen runs through a conditioning circuit at Combat Fitness in Garden City. Jorgensen trains six-days per week in preparation for the UFC bantamweight championship in Glendale, AZ on Dec. 16.

  • @madmike1 It trains quite alot of muscles. From what I remember, my strength and conditioning coach said it trains you arms, legs, core, and shoulders and a few other places. It's an absolutely horrible workout. So painful, but the results in the long run will be very good.

  • @scotty4142 hey I wil maybel be trying that soon, since I just started training at team rough house [not pro mma just hobby] and enjoying it, but I am curious, what does it actually do?
