@harleykman they were also forbidden to speak their native tongues there children were taken away from them and taken to schools to "Civilize" them all in the name of God and finally the U.S government forced them to live on Reservations where the majority of Native Americans live today. I know Jesus wouldn't approve of that behavior he didn't force anyone his believes he was kind and loving and understood how imperfect we are.

@harleykman I never said it was the Christians i said and i mean and know that ever since Europeans set foot on this land they have tried to "Civilize", "Christianize" and "Americanize" but all that was accomplished by the white man was greed bloodshed and diseases which diminished the Native American population and annihilated entire villages. The arrogant attitude of the white man led to the Indian Wars, The Indian Removal Act (1830) and so many more massacres there after .

@09mrLION No it wasn't Christians. It was bacteria and viruses (like smallpox) that killed 90% of the Indians in America.  They did not have the natural immunity to these tiny organisms that the Europeans had, and the diseases swept across the Indian population like a 2nd Black Plague
