There might never be another US wrestling company like ROH. This is arguably the best of the three Welcome videos.
Respect for professional wrestling. Respect for their employees. (ROH referees are treated far better than in WWE or TNA) Respect for women as athletes and not only as eye candy.
Kobashi and Misawa; their presence is testimony to how much this company means to the wrestling world outside of the narrow-minded US mainstream.
ROH: Not Sports Entertainment but an Entertaining Sport.

i never seen roh, but REAL wrestling with no crappy gimmics or gay untalented fighters makes me have to see this
