First, there are other images that don't have the same exact expression. Second, the two images with one having background touch-up is obvious. The "cleaned up" one is the same image, cleaned up to look better for the memorial site use. This is to be expected if the family really liked the shot, but wanted to fix it up for such use.

Wow, this is really stretching it. Some look similar, some are quite obviously different people, and if you can't tell the difference, then you're extremely suggestible. Childlike, even. This is why this line of research has no credibility outside of fringe groups, and it never will. Good luck and have fun slandering the victims.
