Because we give many billions to Israel they're able to provide UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE to EVERY CITIZEN of Israel.

Check out the youtube videos of detroit, chicago, other failed states that have been owned by democrats for decades. People kept dum, depressed, on the dole. I and so many others fled pennsylvania 'cause it was shutting down. Nothing was coming back, but lowering taxes was blasphemy. and how is all that spending working out for california? Slave to the spending, slave to the debt. Good luck with that interest.
