@Hudathan Totally agree, stick to the story, why bring religion into it; and for the pundits, Ali switched long ago from the Nation of Islam to Islam, he has never wavered from his religious beliefs, his humanitarium achievements have nearly overshadowed his boxing, it's a touching story and a great man.

Also although it's not really my scene to be defending islam, it should be noted that there are fundamentalists and there are moderates. Moderates are far greater in number but they don't make good TV so you won't see too much of them in the news...it's the same with christianity and although fundamentalism in islam is a real problem I think it's unfair to judge the religion itself on the actions of people who have misinterpreted a peaceful religion to violence and hate.
