Well, in the beginning of the scene after the previous "shirt removal" one the first shot seen is of a messy bed, so it is implied that the boys did it there in the bed first, then took a shower (together). Now what happened in that shower after their initial love-making is anyone's guess...

To be fair, and I am, ATWT doesn't show a lot of teenage sex scenes and ALSO keep in mind, they are still gay characters, I guess they didn't want Grandma Gertrude exploding in Kansas.
