  • Alright there! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (google it)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my cooworker got amazing 6 pack abs and lost a lot of fat with it.

  • I need to ne a rocket Scientist for this

  • track your food intake for 2 weeks and calculate your average energy intake. subtract 500 kcals and you'll lose about 1 pound per week while keeping almost all of your muscle tissue, providing you get sufficient protein during the day.

  • I meant excersice is also important

  • Weight watchers sucks. It's called making the right chioces when you eat not how much of it and exercising. It's having a healthy lifestyle not just being slim

  • or you could just say to take the first two numbers in your weight and add the points for height. also non-starchy veggies/fruit equal zero points

  • deduct 1 point from every 10 grams of the total fat & 2 points from the total cals written on the packet!!

  • every one male or female are somewhere in the region of 25 to 35 points.. older bigger people are over 30/35 points, where younger smaller are under 30/25 points! deduct 2/3 pointe per 100cal on and 1 point per 10 grams from the total written on the food packaging! stick to less than 40 points and there can't possibly be any error! but don't forget moderate execise regular and +/- accordingly!! :)

  • WTF, back to slimming world me thinks.
