Let me remind the so called proffesor as well as the other viewers that democracy in its true nature existed in AFghanistan for centuries the afghans now the Parliamnet as a Jirga or council. If we tlak of the practice of it during and imediatly post war then, let alove Afghanista, lets talk about what happened in Europe during Nazi rule, or in Middle east or in the South central americas.
