Hi, is there a tech that I do on myself, I have a 12%curve scoliosis? Will "Spiritual and Emotional Healing "Shen Technique" works?

@healingunicorn Yes, that technique can help. But, getting someone to do this technique to you would be the most effective.

Wow! Where do I sign up for therapy! My husband sent me this video. I have herniated discs, scoliosis and fibromyalgia so this would be wonderful!

@inkprincess79063 Sorry, there is no place that I know in TX. You might look this up on Youtube though if you are interested in getting some good results. Youtube search SRC4U. The SRC4U Ultra-Lite software does Qi gong to you through your computer. Try the Ultra-Lite version as it is free and system requirements are low.
