    Sure! I believe this is when the Huygens probe descended onto the surface of Titan. It separated from the Cassini spacecraft in 2004 on Christmas day, and touched down on the lunar surface on Jan 14th, 2005. While in descent, it sent data back to Cassini for a few hours, and continued to do so for 90 minutes after landing. There's a fine article on Wikipedia about it, I'd totally recommend checking out the story!
