  • oh yeah and if you have a precor elliptical there, set it to 15 incline, 18 resistance.........or if it has just resistance set it to 18 resistance......Do that for 10 minutes....

  • the legs and back burn the most calories

  • if you are ever going to lift weights make sure you work out your core, that is your abdomens and lower back (be careful with lower back though) and your abductor and adductor hips......That will provide support for better weightlifting....If you want to lose weight using weights work out your legs, legs burn most calories......
