More about the technique here: http://harddrop.com/wiki/Playing_forever
Now that I'm familiar with this technique, I decided to upload a video demonstrating this pattern with speed. One thing I've noticed is that the pattern flows perfectly on both sides, but the middle section does not (after the first three stacks are built). This means that, when you get to the point where you have to start dropping J pieces into the middle section, you need to stack according to how the J and I pieces spawn. There will be times when the middle section of the stack won't end with a downward J piece. The more you play the pattern, the more you'll get familiar with how to stack this section accordingly.
The game I used for this is Nullpomino (http://code.google.com/p/nullpomino/). Also, please check out these amazing Tetris community sites for fans/players: HardDrop (http://harddrop.com), Tetris Concept (http://tetrisconcept.net) and Tetris Friends (http://tetrisfriends.com).
Is this "standard-hard"?

@Shuey187 Ah, okay. But when I try that soft-dropping doesn't work :-( How did you get it to?

@SeeEssThree Soft drop doesn't work for me when I play on standard-hard. That's why I use "Standard" on "Practice".
